As a tech-forward specialist, you will drive preclinical research by performing complex surgeries and imaging. You'll ensure data integrity while advancing the digital lab ecosystem.

Requirements

• •Two years hands-on in vivo experience
• •Technical apprenticeship, veterinary technology, or degree
• •No PhD qualification
• •Valid LTK1 certification or equivalent
• •Tech-savvy and interest in laboratory systems
• •Expertise in rodent dosing and sampling
• •Independent and rigorous work style
• •Ownership of reproducibility and documentation
• •Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• •Proactive communication and team-first mentality

Tasks

• •Conduct in vivo pharmacology, PK/PD, and safety studies
• •Administer drugs via IV, IP, SC, PO, and specialized injections
• •Compile accurate study data and assist with reports
• •Establish and optimize state-of-the-art in vivo imaging modalities
• •Implement automated workflows and digital lab technologies
• •Perform complex surgeries like cannulation and stereotaxic procedures
• •Manage high-quality perioperative care and tissue collection
• •Identify opportunities to implement 3Rs principles in workflows
• •Collaborate flexibly with colleagues across various research teams
