- Create actionable workflows for recruiting processes
- Design, test, and iterate high-quality setups and dashboards
- Deliver reports that drive data-informed decisions
- Lead resolution of complex third-level issues
- Guide teammates to enhance shared understanding
- Manage projects end-to-end to meet scope, time, and budget
- Improve data integrity for stakeholder trust
