Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related STEM field
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Strong data engineering and analytics skills
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA data
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proven track record in digitalization, process automation, improvement
  • Structured, analytical mindset and strong business communication skills
  • Excellent project management, ownership, execution focus
  • Collaborative, proactive, self-driven, passion for digital innovation
  • Business fluent English and German

Tasks

  • Lead digital and continuous improvement projects
  • Define project scope and milestones
  • Define project KPIs and governance
  • Define project success criteria
  • Align project definitions with business priorities
  • Ensure data availability, quality, and consistency
  • Ensure compliant data usage
  • Design and implement cloud analytics solutions
  • Design and implement data processing solutions
  • Utilize Databricks for data ingestion and transformation
  • Utilize Databricks for data analysis and modeling
  • Identify process inefficiencies
  • Implement automation to reduce manual effort
  • Implement automation to shorten cycle times
  • Enable standardized KPIs for management decisions
  • Enable transparent reporting for management decisions
  • Proactively manage risks and dependencies
  • Proactively manage resources and stakeholder expectations

  • 2 - 3 years
