Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Specialist(m/w/x)

Managing user accounts and access rights across Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID. 3+ years IAM experience required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IAM, IT administration, or IT security
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA
  • Understanding of RBAC and TBAC access control models
  • Solid understanding of IAM lifecycle processes
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in complex collaborative matrix environments
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
  • Valid work and residence permit for non-EU applicants

Tasks

  • Coordinate user account provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Modify roles and access rights across systems
  • Follow IAM lifecycle processes (Joiner, Leaver, Mover, Changer)
  • Conduct regular access reviews
  • Enforce the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP)
  • Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes
  • Maintain PAM documentation
  • Create operating procedures
  • Develop training materials
  • Support IAM standards development
  • Support IAM procedures development
  • Provide guidance to users
  • Support internal audit activities
  • Support external audit activities
  • Investigate identity-related incidents
  • Triage identity-related incidents
  • Escalate identity-related incidents
  • Offer technical support for access issues
  • Deliver user training on IAM processes
  • Deliver user training on IAM tools
