ICT System Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the company's digital evolution by managing Azure cloud systems and IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day involves everything from system migrations to ensuring 24/7 service availability.

Requirements

• •Five years of ICT system administration experience
• •Azure Administrator Associate certification or higher
• •Implementation and operations of Azure services
• •Windows Server administration experience
• •Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID management
• •Accurate and reliable infrastructure change execution
• •Focus on high-quality customer experience
• •Ability to drive continuous improvement
• •Self-driven with minimal supervision
• •Effective international and cross-functional teamwork

Tasks

• •Manage and configure the Azure cloud platform
• •Plan and develop IT infrastructure systems
• •Evaluate and migrate infrastructure components
• •Implement, configure, and test new systems
• •Transition new systems into productive operation
• •Coordinate with external service providers
• •Monitor infrastructure performance and availability
• •Handle incident and change management
• •Document ICT infrastructure and processes
• •Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• •Implement new ICT services as required
• •Report on ICT service performance
• •Conduct capacity planning for ICT resources
• •Apply ITIL-based processes to network environments
• •Develop and deliver customer-oriented services
• •Organize ICT infrastructure training and workshops
• •Support the implementation of IT security policies
• •Provide ICT guidance to internal stakeholders
