  • •Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder verwandter Fachrichtung
  • •2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Informationssystemen
  • •Fundierte Kenntnisse über operative und strategische HR-Prozesse
  • •Hohe Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • •Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-C2 Niveau)

Tasks

  • •Bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des cloudbasierten HR-Kernsystems mitarbeiten
  • •Integration, Testing und Abstimmung von SuccessFactors mit ServiceNow, SAP HCM und weiteren Systemen unterstützen
  • •Reibungslosen Systembetrieb der HR-Applikationen sicherstellen
  • •Bei der Qualitätssicherung mitwirken und operative Anfragen sowie Incidents bearbeiten
