Requirements
- Experience in Human Resources, vocational training, apprenticeship management, or similar field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Openness to occasional travel across Switzerland
- Enjoyment of working with and supporting young professionals
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with HR systems
- Vocational trainer certification is an asset
- Fluent in English, French and German; additional languages appreciated
- Encouraged to apply even if not meeting all criteria
Tasks
- Support apprentices throughout their journey
- Act as main contact for administrative and HR matters
- Advise trainers and managers on daily apprentice management
- Monitor apprentice progress and implement support measures
- Coordinate relationships with schools, authorities, and training providers
- Maintain accurate apprentice records and documentation
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and training requirements
- Collaborate with HR, managers, and trainers
- Coordinate administrative exchanges with external partners
- Contribute to initiatives enhancing apprentice experience
- Organize apprentice events, workshops, and development activities
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Represent the company in meetings and events with stakeholders
