Tasks
- Act as a key interface between employees, clinics, and management teams
- Drive strategic and proactive talent acquisition for veterinary roles
- Conduct direct search and headhunting for Veterinarian and Veterinary Technician profiles
- Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates
- Perform talent mapping across Switzerland by region, specialty, and seniority
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key veterinary professionals
- Create and maintain strategic talent databases
- Ensure data quality, segmentation, and traceability
- Utilize talent pipelines to reduce time-to-hire and improve hiring quality
- Represent AniCura at career fairs, congresses, and industry events
- Communicate AniCura’s employee value proposition
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with clinics to differentiate AniCura in the market
- Analyze market trends and adapt recruitment strategies
- Understand and support clinics’ hiring needs and role requirements
- Advise managers on market conditions and recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Draft and prepare employment contracts and HR documents
- Support clinics on general HR topics
- Advise clinics on Swiss labor law matters
- Ensure and improve onboarding processes
- Foster and maintain strong employee relations
