Requirements
- •Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of experience in HR systems & processes, ideally in Workday Recruiting and Performance Development or Talent Management
- •High system affinity, structured way of working, analytical and communication skills
- •Competencies in change management and experience in using change management tools
- •Experience in project management in an international environment
- •Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and German
- •Identification with core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment

Tasks
- •Contribute to the improvement and implementation of the Workday HR suite
- •Execute regular training sessions for users
- •Support the international HR community with Workday-related issues
- •Continuously improve Workday processes and evaluate change requests
- •Implement new functional requirements into the system
- •Partially lead projects and coordinate between teams
- •Design and conduct user training for various stakeholder groups
- •Inform users about changes during regular Workday updates
- •Prepare and conduct regional support visits to engage with the HR community
- •Participate in international roll-outs for functional enhancements
