HR Coordinator(m/w/x)
Workday HR process administration for global leadership advisory firm. Bachelor's degree and 1 year HR/admin experience required. Support for HR Europe & Africa team, data integrity focus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- One year of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Excellent attention to detail and proofing accuracy
- Handling sensitive information with responsibility and sensitivity
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Adaptability to feedback and challenges
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience in HRIS platform, Workday preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in organizing and processing data
- Understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology
- Professional Services experience preferred
Tasks
- Run business processes and workflows in Workday
- Provide day-to-day business administration support
- Support HR Europe & Africa team and Centers of Excellence
- Maintain data monitoring, compliance, and integrity
- Process new hire and contractor information
- Handle terminations and status changes
- Manage onboarding and separation paperwork
- Schedule new hire orientations
- Coordinate with payroll for timely request processing
- Elevate issues with urgency
- Manage talent acquisition process in Workday
- Handle employment verifications
- Address time and absence inquiries
- Administer background checks (Americas regions)
- Maintain electronic employee files in Box and Workday
- Prepare reports through Workday
- Collaborate with central HRIS team for complex reporting
- Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries
- Participate in HR projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
