Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- 10–15 years of HR Business Partner experience
- At least 5 years’ experience leading HR teams
- Broad HR expertise across workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, rewards, people operations, HR systems and analytics
- Experience in manufacturing or processing environments
- Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, multinational organisations
- Strong understanding of European labour markets and employment legislation
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strategic thinker with pragmatic outcomes
- Strong influencing, coaching and relationship-building skills
- Culturally sensitive and resilient
- Fluency in English; German and/or another European language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Tasks
- Act as the senior HR partner to the Paper Bags Leadership Team
- Drive execution of Mondi’s global HR strategy
- Embed Mondi values and behaviors in the organization
- Contribute to business strategy discussions with a people perspective
- Partner with leaders to design future-fit organizational structures
- Lead talent assessment and succession planning for critical roles
- Coach senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities
- Coordinate core HR processes including performance management
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to align HR agendas
- Lead and develop Regional HR Business Partners
- Guide HR site leads in implementing the global HR strategy
- Assess HR capability across sites and close gaps through development
- Provide leadership on employee relations and union engagement
- Ensure compliant handling of HR matters across countries
- Contribute to the Extended Mondi HR Leadership Team
- Maintain connectivity with manufacturing sites through regular visits
