- •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- •Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously and in a team

Tasks

- •Support Employee Relations actions
- •Serve as the main point of contact for HR queries
- •Coordinate and manage the company pension plan
- •Oversee accidental insurance management
- •Utilize HR systems for personnel controlling
- •Track time and manage leave requests
- •Provide local recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition COE
