Requirements

  • Commercial training (HAK, HBLA) or HR Bachelor's/Master's
  • Knowledge of Austrian labour law, tax, social security law
  • Knowledge of "Metal Technology Industry" collective agreement
  • Very good German and English knowledge
  • Confident handling of HR software and MS Office
  • Enjoyment of contact with international colleagues/partners
  • Structured and reliable working, strong communication skills
  • Open and solution-oriented personality

Tasks

  • Support employees and managers on personnel, employment law, and contractual issues
  • Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding
  • Maintain personnel master data and create service contracts
  • Develop and support all HR processes, including time recording and project time tracking
  • Prepare data for external payroll accounting in Austria and Lithuania
  • Process travel expense reports
  • Support the development and promotion of team members
  • Handle long-term and short-term assignments to international sister companies
  • Process A1 applications, expat insurance, and DBA rolls
  • Calculate personnel provisions and prepare personnel budget
  • Perform various administrative tasks

  • 5 - 7 years

  • Vocational certificationOR

  • German – Native
  • English – Business Fluent
