Requirements

  • •Experience in Computer Hardware and Linux operating systems
  • •Knowledge and experience in storage solutions, cluster management, job schedulers, high speed networking, Lustre, and Kubernetes
  • •Technical First Level University degree or years of system administration experience
  • •Interest in technical knowledge of HPC products and solutions
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Client relationship management skills
  • •Fluency in English and preferably Italian
  • •Experience in Computer Hardware, Linux/Unix operating systems, programming and scripting (e.g. Perl, Python, C++)
  • •General understanding of networking and security, storage systems, orchestration and automation

Education

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Deliver HPC services for supercomputer systems
  • •Analyze and troubleshoot incidents autonomously
  • •Collaborate with team members and internal organizations
  • •Engage with customers and third parties like NVIDIA and AMD
  • •Represent HPE in verbal and written communication
  • •Travel to customer sites across Europe as needed
  • •Research HPC documentation and complete necessary trainings
