Requirements
- •Experience in Computer Hardware and Linux operating systems
- •Knowledge and experience in storage solutions, cluster management, job schedulers, high speed networking, Lustre, and Kubernetes
- •Technical First Level University degree or years of system administration experience
- •Interest in technical knowledge of HPC products and solutions
- •Analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Client relationship management skills
- •Fluency in English and preferably Italian
- •Experience in Computer Hardware and Linux/Unix operating systems
- •Knowledge of programming and scripting (e.g. Perl, Python, C++)
- •General understanding of networking and security, storage systems, orchestration and automation

Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Deliver HPC services for supercomputer systems, clusters, and storage systems
- •Analyze and troubleshoot incidents with autonomy and expertise
- •Collaborate with team members and internal organizations
- •Engage with customers and third parties like NVIDIA and AMD
- •Represent HPE in verbal and written communication
- •Travel to customer sites across Europe as needed
- •Research HPC documentation and complete required trainings
