Requirements
- •Experience and skills in Computer Hardware and Linux operating systems
- •Knowledge and experience in storage solutions, cluster management, job schedulers, high speed networking, Lustre, and Kubernetes
- •Technical First Level University degree or years of system administration experience
- •Interest in technical knowledge of HPC products and solutions
- •Analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Client relationship management skills
- •Fluency in English and preferably Italian
- •Experience in Computer Hardware, Linux/Unix operating systems, programming and scripting (e.g. Perl, Python, C++)
- •General understanding of networking and security, storage systems, orchestration and automation

Tasks
- •Deliver HPC services for supercomputer systems
- •Analyze and troubleshoot incidents autonomously
- •Collaborate with team members and customers
- •Represent HPE in customer communications
- •Travel to customer sites across Europe as needed
- •Research HPC documentation and complete trainings
