Requirements

  • •Supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping

Tasks

  • •Perform hands-on cleaning of guest areas and laundry
  • •Conduct regular inspections to ensure five-star standards
  • •Lead the housekeeping team by example on the floor
  • •Act as deputy during absences or busy periods
  • •Coordinate daily schedules and team priorities
  • •Handle guest requests promptly and discreetly
  • •Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • •Report maintenance issues and quality gaps
  • •Supervise and onboard housekeeping staff
  • •Collaborate with operations, chefs, and facility management
  • •Maintain absolute discretion in private environments
