Requirements
- •Experience in luxury hospitality or UHNW
- •Supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping
- •Detail orientation and service awareness
- •Reliability, flexibility, and hands-on mindset
- •Ability to work independently
- •Strong communication and coordination skills
- •Fluency in English; German advantageous
- •Proficiency in basic IT tools
- •Valid driving licence and car
- •Eligibility to work in Switzerland

Tasks
- •Support the Head of Housekeeping with daily villa operations
- •Perform hands-on cleaning of guest areas and laundry
- •Conduct regular inspections to ensure five-star standards
- •Lead the housekeeping team by example on the floor
- •Act as deputy during absences and peak periods
- •Coordinate daily staff schedules and task priorities
- •Handle guest requests with promptness and discretion
- •Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment levels
- •Identify and report maintenance issues or quality gaps
- •Supervise and onboard new housekeeping staff
- •Collaborate with operations, chefs, and facility management
- •Maintain absolute discretion in private, high-end environments
