Requirements
- 2–3 years IT support, operations, or comparable experience
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, macOS, Windows, basic networking, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Confident working on-site in Berlin
- Excellent communication skills, patient and clear support for non-technical users
- Fluent English
- German language skills (plus)
Tasks
- Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting
- Manage IT hardware and asset lifecycle
- Prepare devices for new joiners
- Support Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Optimize project setup and workflows
- Manage user identities and access
- Handle onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain secure access controls
- Support device management and endpoint security
- Ensure compliance and security standards
- Improve IT processes and documentation
- Maintain office IT environment
- Equip workstations proactively
- Resolve on-site issues
- Ensure operational readiness
