Health Economics & Reimbursement Manager(m/w/x)
Shaping healthcare policy and securing reimbursement for CRDN technologies across EMEA. Health economics and outcomes research experience required. Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) bonus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years relevant experience or postgraduate qualification with 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in health economics, outcomes research, or medical device technology assessment with successful reimbursement and funding applications in healthcare
- Good knowledge of health economic model application, development, and review
- Experience in conducting outcomes research projects and developing value propositions
- Good knowledge of EMEA region reimbursement systems
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, cross-cultural and cross-functional work ability, strong project management skills, and results-driven mindset
Tasks
- Shape healthcare policy for patient access
- Secure reimbursement for CRDN technologies
- Demonstrate value of CRDN products
- Partner with stakeholders across functions and regions
- Build strategies for reimbursement and funding
- Utilize market access knowledge and HEOR methodologies
- Build internal cross-functional partnerships
- Build external partnerships with experts and KOLs
- Optimize market access strategies
- Execute market access strategies
- Optimize Health Technology Assessments (HTA)
- Optimize Reimbursement applications
- Optimize Diagnosis-Related Groups (DRG) funding
- Optimize Hospital- or Payer-level business cases
- Optimize innovative funding schemes
- Provide input to evidence development plans
- Provide input to clinical study design
- Measure healthcare utilization
- Measure patient-reported outcomes/quality of life
- Execute health economic projects
- Conduct cost-effectiveness analyses
- Conduct cost-utility analyses
- Conduct cost-of-illness analyses
- Conduct budget impact analyses
- Develop product value stories
- Deliver regional value dossiers for EMEA countries
- Analyze clinical and economic evidence
- Communicate clinical and economic evidence
- Publish research findings
- Act as internal expert on regional reimbursement
- Identify reimbursement risks and opportunities
- Identify business planning risks and opportunities
- Provide reimbursement/Health economics education
- Provide reimbursement/Health economics training
