Health Care Compliance Specialist(m/w/x)
Reviewing marketing, sales, training, and clinical activities for robotic-assisted surgery. 5 years compliance/legal experience in MedTech regulations required. Independent work in a hybrid team setting.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in compliance/legal role (medical device, pharma, healthcare)
- In-depth knowledge of Compliance and MedTech regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Compliance, Health Sciences; advanced degree preferred
- Compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, CHC) is a plus
Tasks
- Conduct reviews of Marketing, Sales, Training, and Clinical activities
- Develop and execute corrective actions
- Ensure disciplinary actions are documented and tracked
- Input disciplinary actions into the Department dashboard
- Present dashboard to Department leaders, Compliance Committee, and Senior Management
- Review submissions to the Compliance Department
- Ensure compliance with Medtech rules and EMEA regulations
- Provide training to internal stakeholders
- Explain compliance requirements, processes, policies, and systems
- Conduct monitoring activities and process reviews
- Test adherence to Intuitive policies and local regulations
- Identify potential compliance risks
- Contribute to corrective action plans
- Conduct compliance investigations
- Respond promptly to detected problems
- Implement corrective actions
- Enforce standards through disciplinary actions
- Aggregate monitoring, auditing, and disciplinary action information
- Create dashboards to support Legal and Compliance team
- Propose and create reports based on issues and case analysis
