Head of Supply Chain Management, Renewable Power Business Line(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 10-15 years experience in Procurement leadership (Power Electronics)
• Demonstrated experience in Power Electronics industry
• Experience leading Supply Chain team, R&D projects, SCM for mechanical, electrical, electronic components (Power Electronics)
• High skill in SAP, Ariba, Office365 tools
• Extensive leadership experience, passion for motivating teams
• Solid international experience (preferably India or China), accustomed to international teams
• Proactive, strategic mindset, hands-on working style
• Fluent English communication, Spanish and/or Chinese advantageous

Tasks

• Define and execute business line procurement strategies.
• Manage direct and indirect materials and services.
• Lead global procurement activities and best practices.
• Ensure consistent, effective, and strategically aligned procurement performance.
• Lead the global Business Line Supply Chain organization across key hubs.
• Provide strong team direction.
• Build team capabilities.
• Align with business line leadership.
• Define and implement global spend management strategies.
• Execute global sourcing strategies for direct materials and services.
• Optimize sourcing processes continuously.
• Select competitive suppliers.
• Set and monitor annual performance targets.
• Monitor cost reduction, supplier quality, and on-time delivery.
• Drive long-term planning.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Guide category teams.
• Support supplier negotiations and audits.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Foster cross-division collaboration.
