- Translate requirements into development inputs with R&D
- Support product industrialization and supply chain setup
- Ensure production readiness for new products
- Manage product launches
- Enable the organization through training and communication
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans
- Support sales with product expertise and marketing content
- Represent products in customer and channel engagements
- Lead cable and cable assembly technology development
- Manage technical projects from concept to product release
