Tasks
- Oversee design and construction projects over CHF 10M
- Provide expertise for projects under CHF 10M
- Manage a technical workforce of approximately 25 employees
- Lead independent contractors and strategic service providers
- Partner with PTT LT members and Site Heads
- Align on the PTT capital project portfolio
- Develop forward-looking business cases for capital projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope
- Maintain safety and regulatory standards
- Oversee project approvals, cost, schedule, and delivery
- Govern strategic partner relationships
- Develop PTT capabilities in project management, commissioning, and project controls
- Ensure efficient and effective project management processes
- Sponsor leaders in technical disciplines
- Manage paperless validation systems
- Evolve design standards with agile principles and technology
- Stay informed about global Design & Construction industry trends
- Develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective strategies
- Partner with Asset Planning, Capex SHE, and Engineering
- Create a customer-focused annual and long-term capital plan
