Tasks

  • •Lead and develop a team of logistics experts and operators
  • •Supervise the SAP EWM implementation at the local site
  • •Represent the warehouse facility during regulatory inspections and customer audits
  • •Participate in customer visits and presentations
  • •Oversee warehousing and material management activities
  • •Manage receiving, issuing, storage, and handling of materials
  • •Allocate direct materials to support manufacturing
  • •Drive optimization of warehouse processes for compliant storage and distribution
  • •Ensure effective communication with management and stakeholders
  • •Take operational control of the warehouse, including the Automated HighBay Warehouse
  • •Prepare for Swissmedic readiness and represent operations during audits
  • •Account for preparation of relevant procedures and ensure staff training
