Requirements

• 10+ years progressive UX/Product Design experience
• Track record building high-performing design teams
• Ability to execute enterprise design strategy
• Strong systems-thinking mindset
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies
• Experience with AI-driven or analytics products
• Strong executive presence
• Passion for mentoring diverse design talent

Tasks

• Own end-to-end user experience for B2B SaaS products
• Build AI-driven products and agentic experiences
• Design for orchestration, trust, and explainability
• Ensure human-AI collaboration and control
• Partner with the CPO and Engineering leadership
• Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to shape strategy
• Drive adoption, retention, and revenue through UX
• Assess and evolve the UX and Research organization
• Identify gaps in skills, structure, and process
• Balance design quality with speed and business impact
• Represent UX externally with customers and analysts
• Articulate product vision and design philosophy
• Embrace AI tools in daily design and research
• Scale senior design leaders and multidisciplinary teams
• Influence across a global, multicultural organization
• Challenge assumptions and raise the UX bar
• Define design strategy for data-rich enterprise platforms
• Influence product roadmaps and prioritization
