- Knowledge of global logistics networks
- Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience (asset)
- Experience with TMS and SAP
- Knowledge of Trade Compliance software (plus)
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (beneficial)
- Business fluency in English
- German negotiation skills (plus)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Lead and mentor the European team
