Requirements

• Proactive and strategic thinking ability
• Strong analytical ability
• Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, related technical field, PhD, or MBA with technical education
• 15+ years pharmaceutical or biotech experience
• Track record leading senior teams
• Experience managing complex technology roadmaps
• Expertise in technology industrialization in GMP settings
• Experience in vendor sector is advantageous
• Proven experience in asset lifecycle management
• Ability to implement network-wide standardization strategies

Tasks

• Define the comprehensive PT technology roadmap for global manufacturing
• Cover Small Molecule, Large Molecule, and Device technologies
• Screen, assess, and select technological innovations
• Translate innovations into scalable network standards
• Collaborate with Technical Development, MSAT, and engineering teams
• Build competitive intelligence through benchmarking and supplier relations
• Attend conferences to monitor industry trends and peer directions
• Develop technologies to improve product robustness and supply resilience
• Guide global Capex strategy for upgrades and new modalities
• Develop long-range strategic asset lifecycle plans for global sites
• Support major CAPEX investment decisions
• Forecast 5-10 year operational costs and depreciation
• Maximize asset performance and reduce equipment downtime
• Minimize environmental footprint across manufacturing operations
• Provide strategic direction for the standardized Fleet concept
• Act as the single point of accountability for fleet systems
