- Demonstrated leadership abilities, project management skills, and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights
- Experience in benchmarking, scenario analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership
- Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English language skills
Tasks
- Inspire and lead a high-performing international finance team
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Drive finance transformation initiatives
- Influence senior stakeholders
- Embed a forward-thinking, agile mindset across the organization
- Identify and assess strategically relevant topics
- Prepare executive-level analyses and decision briefings
- Conduct in-depth analyses for data-driven insights
- Support key decisions (e.g., portfolio management, investments, M&A, resource allocation)
- Conduct peer, competitor, and best-practice benchmarking
- Uncover performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses
- Assess risks, external disruptions, and strategic options
- Ensure alignment between corporate strategy, business unit priorities, and operational execution
- Define and drive strategic initiatives
- Monitor the successful completion of strategic initiatives
- Oversee group financial reporting processes
- Consolidate financial data
- Analyze financial performance and trends
