Requirements

  • Strong proven track record in similar role, ideally banking software provider
  • Strong experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), including implementations, upgrades, finance modules
  • Strong proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects
  • Fantastic communication and drive
  • Evidence of leading at least one full ERP migration to cloud (full project life-cycle)
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation
  • Ability to explain complex concepts easily
