- Experience with robotics software stacks and specific testing constraints (real-time, hardware dependencies)
- Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiTL) test rigs and integrating simulation tools (Gazebo, Isaac Sim)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms
- Experience with SBOM practices, artifact signing, or general supply chain security
- Knowledge of A/B partition updates, OTA frameworks, or image-based deployments for remote edge devices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development or "agentic" workflows with engineering rigor
Tasks
- Build and operate CI/CD systems
- Develop test infrastructure, including Hardware-in-the-Loop
- Create consistent development environments
- Collaborate with engineering leadership and R&D teams
- Align priorities and execution with partner teams
- Translate sprint plans into long-term outcomes
- Report progress using facts and metrics
- Build reliability signals for risk anticipation
- Evolve CI/CD platform and standards
- Focus on reliability, performance, and developer usability
- Provide consistent end-to-end developer experience
- Support local development to build and release pipelines
- Implement standard tooling and VS Code workflows
- Enable repeatable, traceable builds and releases
- Use infrastructure-as-code and configuration management
- Maintain strong versioning practices
- Ensure reliable, secure, and traceable software installation
- Deploy software directly onto the ANYbotics robot fleet
- Define and track delivery metrics
- Monitor lead time, cycle time, and failure rates
- Help teams anticipate and mitigate risks
