Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership role within B2B SaaS
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets in European market
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structuring
  • Experience scaling and managing cross-border teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Native German speaker with professional proficiency in English
  • Passion for business sustainability and carbon emissions management
  • Familiarity with carbon accounting, ESG reporting, or climate tech platforms
  • Experience working with diverse, hybrid teams in fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Berlin office and across the region

Tasks

  • Develop and execute a Go-To-Market sales strategy for Europe
  • Identify market trends and customer needs in enterprise and sustainability software
  • Forecast sales performance and drive pipeline development
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a sales team including Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives
  • Foster a culture of performance and collaboration
  • Cultivate relationships with clients in defined industry segments
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation
  • Define KPIs and track metrics on sales activity and revenue performance
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage performance and optimize efficiency
