- Develop and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 systems
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, Kosher, and Halal standards
- Implement the global quality management system across international sites
- Optimize quality processes in Indonesia, UAE, and Switzerland
- Plan and conduct internal, customer, and certification audits
- Execute audit follow-ups and implement corrective actions
- Lead the cross-functional HACCP team
- Enhance the existing HACCP and food safety concepts
- Drive cross-site projects to strengthen quality culture
- Manage cross-departmental projects to improve processes
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives
- Align sustainability goals with quality and corporate objectives
