  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results
  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Expertise in test management methodologies
  • Track record of driving cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Technical proficiency in JIRA
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Client facing experience
  • Project management track record
  • Test Automation experience
  • Associated Test Automation tools experience
  • Good knowledge of Banking services
  • Good knowledge of Application Management Support
  • Good knowledge of Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Working experience with Avaloq project/product
  • German language knowledge
  • Italian language knowledge
  • French language knowledge

Tasks

  • Lead and develop Service Operations Test and Quality Assurance Managers
  • Partner with Project Delivery, Service Operations, and Development teams to design testing strategies
  • Coordinate defect management and ensure cohesive delivery
  • Support the setup of test environments with technical teams
  • Ensure successful and comprehensive test campaigns
  • Analyze defect results and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies
  • Lead the Service Operations Client Onboarding team
  • Establish and maintain project structures and governance models
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee end-to-end Transition & Transformation project execution
  • Organize and lead consultancy projects for Avaloq clients
  • Represent Avaloq in client and prospect workshops
  • Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members
  • Foster a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement
