- •Master’s degree in operations, manufacturing, management, or engineering
- •20+ years in operations, quality, and continuous improvement
- •10+ years leading global teams in multinational organizations
- •Expertise in digital solutions (SAP S/4HANA, AI, data governance)
- •Expertise in project management methodologies/tools
- •Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen
- •Driving business transformation initiatives
- •Strong ability to manage multiple projects
- •Adaptability to changing priorities
- •Ability to work across geographically dispersed, multicultural teams
- •Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- •Fluency in English
- •German language skills are a plus
- •Knowledge of the energy industry

- •Develop and maintain a digital roadmap aligned with business objectives
- •Define governance processes for digital tools
- •Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards
- •Research and evaluate digital solutions to address business challenges
- •Select and deploy digital platforms to automate processes
- •Enhance data-driven decision-making through appropriate tools
- •Ensure consistency and interoperability of tools across the QCI function
- •Maintain a global inventory of QCI digital tools
- •Harmonize and standardize tool usage across business units
- •Oversee the lifecycle of digital tools, including upgrades and replacements
- •Develop training programs and documentation for effective tool utilization
- •Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms for digital solutions
- •Monitor performance through dashboards and analytics
- •Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols and data privacy regulations
- •Act as the point of contact for IT and Cybersecurity teams
