Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive leadership experience in product management
- Experience evolving Salesforce or comparable CRM
- Proven senior stakeholder management track record
- Experience transforming teams or functions
- Comfort operating across strategic and operational levels
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Agile certifications or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- Product management certification (strongly preferred)
- Project management certification or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making capability
- Highly credible communicator and influencer
- Resilience and pragmatism in complex environments
- Commitment to data quality and user-centred design
- Coaching-oriented and collaborative leadership style
Tasks
- Lead a global product and systems support team
- Own the strategic roadmap for Salesforce and editorial platforms
- Partner with senior business owners on platform scalability
- Manage budgets for licenses, vendors, and team development
- Drive workflow simplification, standardization, and automation
- Champion data governance and system integrity
- Coach and mentor product and process excellence managers
- Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized product outcomes
- Represent the department in divisional governance forums
- Implement Agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
- Monitor KPIs for system adoption and data quality
- Coordinate sprint planning with internal IT partners
- Oversee user training and structured support models
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled platform improvements
