  • •Liaise with the Belgrade engineering team
  • •Incorporate OEM data for engine improvements
  • •Ensure EASA Part 145 compliance
  • •Provide technical assistance to shop operations
  • •Manage technical documentation and modifications
  • •Lead root cause investigations
  • •Issue technical reports for damage events
  • •Collaborate with manufacturers on repairability
  • •Track performance through structured KPIs
