- Proactively manage clinical headcount and capacity
- Own end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment performance
- Ensure timely prescription dispensing and delivery
- Ensure accurate prescription dispensing and delivery
- Own delivery against all core operational SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across teams
- Drive focus, accountability, and performance
- Implement clear rituals, reporting, and communication
- Design and evolve a high-performing operations organization
