Tasks
- Develop and execute comprehensive NFR strategy
- Align strategy with Swiss CO, EU CSRD, ESRS
- Produce annual Non-Financial Report
- Translate sustainability data into clear insights
- Monitor external regulatory landscape
- Advise on compliance implications
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Lead Double Materiality Assessment
- Identify and assess impacts, risks, and opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement
- Ensure timely identification of materiality topics
- Translate DMA findings into reporting priorities
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish financial-grade control environment
- Partner with Internal Controls for data accuracy
- Implement global non-financial data governance
- Define data ownership and collection protocols
- Drive culture of data accountability
- Manage relationship with external auditors
- Ensure verifiable non-financial disclosures
- Act as NFR subject matter expert
- Collaborate with Investor Relations
- Support Board and Audit Committee reporting
- Represent function in governance forums
- Contribute to team strategy development
- Lead and mentor NFR team
