Tasks

  • Shape and deliver translational strategy for neurodegenerative programs
  • Provide expert guidance on research and early clinical development
  • Advance assets from discovery to proof-of-concept and full development
  • Lead global, cross-functional teams in designing and executing translational strategies
  • Serve as a thought leader in neurodegenerative disease biology and clinical development
  • Define and oversee long-term translational strategy for the Neurodegeneration Pillar
  • Ensure scientific excellence and alignment with organizational priorities
  • Advise on program design, biomarker strategy, and patient-relevant endpoints
  • Lead translational teams in Phase I–IIa studies
  • Drive high-quality development strategies in neurodegeneration indications
  • Represent Translational Medicine on global program teams and decision boards
  • Ensure neurodegeneration programs meet quality, regulatory, and differentiation objectives
  • Design and execute First-in-Human and Phase IIa studies
  • Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, biomarker, and profiling partners
  • Create clinical components of key documents with high quality and consistency
  • Promote empowerment, innovation, and collaboration across teams
  • Mentor and develop scientific talent
  • Lead interactions with external stakeholders
  • Contribute to opportunity assessments and due diligence
