Tasks
- Define and lead Switzerland marketing strategy
- Align strategy with Group priorities and commercial objectives
- Translate business priorities into focused marketing plans
- Identify target industries and customer segments
- Identify growth opportunities
- Embed marketing into go-to-market and commercial planning
- Manage Switzerland marketing budget and investment allocation
- Prioritize marketing investments based on strategic relevance
- Maximize value through clear trade-offs
- Approve, redirect, or stop initiatives based on performance
- Drive balanced marketing approach for long-term and short-term goals
- Contribute to pipeline creation and revenue influence
- Monitor funnel performance and improve conversion
- Strengthen lead quality and follow-up with Sales
- Ensure marketing activities connect to clear offerings
- Maintain transparency of marketing contribution
- Monitor lead quality and conversion rates
- Use CRM insights for optimization and decision-making
- Maintain consistent positioning and messaging
- Align with Group Marketing teams on campaigns
- Contribute to unified brand approach
- Act as strategic partner to Switzerland CEO and Sales Leadership
- Provide data-driven recommendations
- Align local needs with Group strategy
- Navigate stakeholder perspectives for focused decisions
