Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • •10+ years experience in manufacturing or engineering
  • •Strong background in RD&E or engineering environments
  • •Track record leading digital or IT transformations
  • •Experience with as‑a‑service integration concepts
  • •Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions
  • •Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP PLM
  • •Understanding of CAD/CAE, simulation, and analytics
  • •Proficiency with Office 365 and engineering IT
  • •Strong leadership and influence in matrix organizations
  • •Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills
  • •High business acumen and strategic mindset
  • •Strong agility culture and task flexibility
  • •Fluency in English and French

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Define the long-term PLM and RD&E vision
  • •Lead the complete IT RD&E transformation program
  • •Ensure RD&E IT landscape performance and scalability
  • •Align priorities with Group RD&E Directors
  • •Enhance R&D data and analytics capabilities
  • •Drive initiatives supporting business and financial goals
  • •Identify risks and cross-team dependencies
  • •Translate strategic EPICs into actionable features
  • •Foster Agile and DevOps principles
  • •Optimize the RD&E application landscape
  • •Manage relationships with technology partners
  • •Lead and mentor a team of employees
