- Define and maintain overall Digital & IT strategy
- Ensure IT landscape aligns with business objectives
- Act as overall owner of IT function
- Maintain coherence and sustainability of IT environment
- Translate business needs into digital solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders and specialists
- Define target architectures for applications and data
- Ensure scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency
- Drive digital transformation and process automation
- Adopt AI solutions while ensuring compatibility
- Oversee governance of outsourced IT services
- Challenge providers on operational quality
- Supervise day-to-day IT continuity and escalations
- Align IT initiatives with governance frameworks
- Manage risk and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and monitor Digital & IT budget
- Create regular performance reports and KPIs
- Support internal and external IT audits
- Coordinate follow-up actions and remediation plans
