Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic mindset
  • Solid track record in winning new business
  • Experience leading complex pitches
  • Comfortable presenting and networking
  • Well-connected, curious, approachable, and confident
  • At least 3–5 years’ experience in the creative industry
  • Ambition, eagerness to learn, and proactivity
  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

Work Experience

Tasks

  • Drive new business success and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a robust commercial pipeline
  • Lead new and existing opportunities, pitches, tenders, RFI’s, and RFP’s
  • Manage incoming cross-sell and up-sell requests
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to client onboarding
  • Deliver winning proposals and pitch presentations
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, social, media, data, and AI teams
  • Lead and secure major creative pitches and tenders
  • Qualify new leads and assemble the optimal team
  • Shape compelling narratives for client proposals
  • Build a strong pipeline through networking and client events
  • Lead commercial and legal negotiations with key departments
  • Facilitate collaboration between international teams
  • Work confidently with executive stakeholders
  • Represent the company at events and industry conferences
  • Promote a growth mindset across the organization
