- Optimize workflows and service-level metrics to improve efficiency
- Lead strategic business reviews to support future growth
- Ensure capacity readiness for daily and seasonal peaks
- Support strategic negotiations for network stability and competitiveness
- Contribute to European fulfillment center strategy and footprint
- Champion quality standards for a best-in-class customer experience
- Guide capacity-expansion initiatives and new center launches
- Collaborate with engineering teams on expansion projects
- Drive customer-centric and productivity-enhancing initiatives
- Partner with HQ and Engineering for cross-functional alignment
- Coach and empower fulfillment center managers and experts
- Foster operational innovation and deep expertise
- Report directly to the Director of Fulfillment
