- Oversee frontline readiness strategy.
- Manage frontline readiness tools for all consumer channels.
- Develop frontline engagement transformation plans.
- Produce all instructor-led and eLearning training material.
- Manage all internal and BPO trainers.
- Produce and manage frontline communications.
- Produce agent supporting content for knowledge management tools.
