- Drive global finance strategy and process improvements
- Ensure effective financial controls and compliance
- Manage general ledger and financial close
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports
- Conduct variance analyses and financial commentary
- Maintain data quality and group accounting policies
- Prepare statutory financial statements under Swiss GAAP FER
- Ensure compliance with Swiss legal and tax requirements
- Coordinate statutory filings with local teams and advisors
- Lead HQ audits and local entity audit processes
- Serve as primary contact for auditors and advisors
- Support forecasting and financial planning
- Monitor performance against plan and forecast
- Analyze deviations and support corrective actions
- Ensure effective internal controls and governance
- Maintain and enforce finance policies and procedures
- Identify and mitigate financial and compliance risks
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CFO and Group Management Team
- Provide guidance to local finance teams and controllers
- Work with Tax, Treasury, HR, and external consultants
- Lead Finance Stream in global ERP implementation
