  • Lead engineering organization scaling from six to 10+ teams
  • Hire, coach, and support Engineering Managers
  • Establish scalable processes and structures
  • Maintain technical insight through skip-level conversations
  • Ensure transparent communication across the organization
  • Share progress, risks, and blockers with the Director of Technology
  • Provide engineers with context for company decisions
  • Build transparent frameworks for engineering compensation
  • Clarify engineering expectations and career growth
  • Monitor engineering organization health
  • Pay attention to team feedback and delivery predictability
  • Support cross-team collaboration
  • Make technical debt visible
  • Prioritize and address technical debt systematically
