Tasks
- Transform strong engineering group into scalable organization
- Lead and scale engineering organization with people focus
- Manage capacity planning, prioritization, and roadmap feasibility
- Directly manage and develop engineering leadership
- Collaborate with Head of Technology and Product on engineering plans
- Set standards for architecture, quality, reliability, and security
- Ensure service reliability through ownership and improvement practices
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and career development
- Build advanced engineering capabilities
- Strengthen engineering processes and decision-making
- Foster culture of clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement
