- Coordinate between dispatch, flight crew, and maintenance.
- Conduct flight planning, routing, and fuel calculations.
- Provide weather and NOTAM briefings accurately.
- Lead decision-making during irregular operations.
- Maintain up-to-date manuals and documentation.
- Support audits and authority inspections.
- Participate in Safety Management and Emergency Response programs.

- Bachelor's degreeOR
